If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, company name, etc.

All sales/exchanges made between users is at their discretion. Reptilexchange.com is not responsible for user-to-user sales/exchanges in any way. Reptilexchange.com is not responsible for any damaged goods, false advertising by users, or other events that may result from user-to-user sales, although these events should be reported to contact@reptilexchange.com. All users must abide by local, regional, state, or national policies relating to the sale or purchase of any animal or product using reptilexchange.com. Reptilexchange.com is not legally responsible for any users (buyer or seller) who do not abide by the laws pertaining to their respective residencies. This applies to both domestic and foreign lands.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). The user will be billed in advance on a recurring basis; refund will not be acceptable once a period or cycle has been billed. Please follow the terms for cancellation to deter from unwanted charges.

Charges will be made accurately according to the subscription type.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). The user is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of their personal store and responsible for following safety guidelines as stated below.

The content uploaded must abide by our terms and safety guidelines – we do not tolerate inappropriate content that is out of line with our website service. Inappropriate content includes but is not limited to any forms of abuse, hate speech, trolling, discrimination, selling/buying items outside the scope of the exchange, sharing personal information of others without their consent. Those who go against community guidelines will be removed and banned from our platform at the discretion of reptilexchange.com.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by reptilexchange.com

Reptilexchange.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that reptilexchange.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
